Product Support Information

ESI’s software solutions are supported by an experienced group of technical experts who are specialists in multi-platform and open systems environments. Our overall success is measured by your success in utilizing our products to reach your business objectives. Even with quality software and services, from time to time, you may find it desirable to call our support organization with questions, suggestions, or potential problems. Our objective is to provide you with the information you need as quickly and easily as possible. If your executed license agreement does not automatically include licensed product support, contact your account executive so you can take advantage of our outstanding support benefits.

Annual Support Plan

You may automatically receive certain types of support as outlined in the terms of your executed agreement. These are included in your initial software license with ESI and/or your annual license renewal. Some or all of these services may include telephone assistance in your licensed product’s use and operation; problem diagnosis and resolution; flashes for known errors and error correction information; and new releases of your licensed product when it is generally released.
